Kimberly Grey is the author of a collection of poems, The Opposite of Light, winner of the 2015 Lexi Rudnitsky First Book Prize and published by Persea Books. Her work has appeared in A Public Space, Boston Review, Kenyon Review, Southern Review, and Tin House, among other journals. She was a 2012-2014 Wallace Stegner Fellow in Poetry and is currently the Marsh McCall Lecturer in Continuing Studies at Stanford University. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
