Henrietta Rose-Innes is a South African novelist and short-story writer. Her two most recent novels, Nineveh and Green Lion, have been published internationally, as well as her short story collection Homing. She is a past winner of the Caine Prize for African Writing, the South African PEN Literary Award and the François Sommer Literary Prize. Rose-Innes is currently studying towards a PhD in Creative and Critical Writing at the University of East Anglia, and divide her working life between London and Cape Town.
